We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is calculated per item, $3.95 for a single item, $5.95 for 2 items, $7.95 for 3 items & so on. For local in store pick up, type Local Pickup in the discount code box at check out. The code must be typed in exactly. This will remove the shipping charges. YOU are responsible to pick up your order during boutique business hours.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped by USPS and usually arrive between 2-5 business days after shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
We hope you LOVE your items from The Diva Inside but we know in the world of online shopping sometimes things don’t work out. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase so please read our Return Policy below. - All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was placed. All accessories and any items marked down are FINAL SALE.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn with no stains, and the tags must still be attached. Items must not be damaged so be careful if using scissors to open package. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

- Refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping error.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Due to our limited quantities of products we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase the item. We are always adding new items so we know there will always be something you will LOVE!
